I even write letters!! Of course, I'm 65!<BR/> But I respond to your blog because I am looking for information about the effects of TV, fast paced films, media generated video games on early childhood development. <BR/> Are you aware of any credible resources about this? Most of what I find on-line is about the advantages of using computers for language development, behavioral issues, etc. <BR/> My suspicion is that fast paced media and digital games are making it more difficult for children to attend to spoken word and that communication - on a heart to heart level - may be de-valued.
